I recently purchased a VW Golf from Heritage VW and had a great experience. From the moment I test drove the car to the day I was handed my keys I was made to feel like a really valued customer and nothing was too much trouble. Nigel, I just wanted to say thankyou for helping me out : I've been driving for 10yrs but always hated the motorways in the winter, those cold, wet dark nights. But doing a couple of hours with you and using sat nav for the first time was well worth it.
